New Beginnings Church Winnipeg – Full-Time Youth Pastor

New Beginnings Church Winnipeg is seeking a full-time Youth Pastor to lead and grow our youth ministry. We are a multi-generational congregation with an average attendance of 150, representing diverse cultural backgrounds. Our youth ministry has historically had 15–25 students and is currently in the rebuilding stage, requiring a dynamic leader to advance outreach and ministry to both NBC students and youth in the wider community.

We are located in the St. Vital area of Winnipeg, just two blocks from an elementary and a high school.

We are looking for a Youth Pastor who:

•              Has a proven, fruitful ministry experience

•              Works cooperatively with the Lead Pastor and other staff

•              Can lead and grow the youth ministry effectively

•              May also contribute in other areas depending on gifting (e.g., tech, worship, preaching)
